533 Full Moons, More or Less

The Holy Grail Press is dedicated to promoting work that standard publishers... you know, those with standards, might be reluctant to publish, which pretty much leaves poetry.  And let's face it:  No one publishes poetry.  So in the end, we’re left with a lot of free time.

That's right, Marissa, the blood in the water that so many of us experienced this
morning has already cleared in most of the Delta area, and we should have a
pretty nice evening. But, as you can see, we have a front of frogs that will be
moving on shore right in time for tomorrow's commute, so you might want to
plan on leaving for work a little earlier than usual.

The History of the Future:  October 14, 2087

In setting an all-time record, Classic Automotive Restoration Southwest sold at auction a 1996 Dodge Minivan for just over 14 million RADs (Readjusted American Dollars), easily surpassing the previous record of 12.9 million RADs set the year before for a classic 2006 Ford Taurus.  Said car enthusiast Efrem Rapport, "It was a beautiful vehicle, perfectly restored, all the way down to the cup holders."  The minivan was purchased by Doyle Codwaller, from Rapid City, South Dakota, who turned it into a chicken coop.  Said Mr. Codwaller, "I don't see what all the fuss is about.  I mean, 14 million RADs isn't that much money, anyway, and the chickens needed some place to stay.  I don't imagine the chickens will have much use for the cup holders, though.  But you never can tell."
