Dawgs premiered on March 23, 2007, at the Aurora High School Theatre, in Aurora, Missouri, under the direction of Michael Soetaert and Thea Hasley.

Logan Elsey played Buddy, Shelby Baker played Claudette, Calvin was played by Lauren Fite, Lydia Lane was Winston, Josh Jenkins played Pedro, Tuttle was played by Thomas Burkhart, Graham Weldin was Yippy, Erin Simmons was Leopold, Sparky was played by Kayla Weckerly-Woods, and Rasputin was played by JD Moore.

Makeup was done by Thea Hasley, Ashton Hall, Marissa Hilton, Kristen Kekich, Jodi Cantrell, Crystal Hope, Rebecca White, David Chapman, Traci Javis, and Brittney Schmitt.

Trevor Taylor and AJ Harrison did the lighting, and the set was designed and constructed by Linda Priester.

Costumes and Make Up were created by Associated Theatrical Contractors in Springfield, Missouri, under the supervision of Matt Stevens.  The costumes were designed by Valerie Lane, Keith Rennaker, and LaDonna Stevens.  Make Up was designed by Keith Rennaker.  The sketches and production notes inside of Make Up and Costume Design below are theirs.
